TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATED TO THE LEITZ OFFICE GAMES CAMPAIGN 2008
Sharron Davies' exercises
1. Esselte has engaged Sharron Davies to participate in the Leitz Office Games campaign by providing a set of exercises that can be emailed to people monthly who register through this website.
2. Sharron Davies does not endorse Esselte or Leitz products .
3. Neither Sharron Davies nor Esselte Corporation accept any liability for injury related to these exercises.
Beijing Prize Draw
1. All entries registering to receive the monthly exercises by email prior to 27th June 2008, will be entered into the draw.
2. The prize winner will be notified by email, week ending 4th July 2008
3. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Esselte reserve the right to provide a substitute prize if the specified prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond their control.
5. The promotion is open to all UK, CI, IOM, Irish, French, Belgium & Dutch residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Esselte, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
6. If the winner does not reply by email within 14 days with their full name and address, to claim the prize, we reserve the right to choose another winner.
7. Esselte reserve the right to publish the winner's name and photograph.
8. The winner's name and county will be available, after they have been notified, by sending a stamped addressed envelope to The Beijing Trip prize Draw, Esselte UK Ltd, Waterside House, Cowley Business Park, Cowley, Uxbridge UB8 2HP
9. Entries through third parties or agents will be void.
10. Details of the prize may be subject to change. This includes the name of the hotel.
11. Esselte UK will not accept any liability for any damage or loss as a result of the holiday or related to the holiday prize.

Office Games Promotional Flyers
1. This offer is subject to availability. Other goods or vouchers of equivalent value may be substituted.
2. There will be no cash alternative to the goods or vouchers on offer.
3. Promotional goods will be delivered by registered mail within 30 days of a valid proof of purchase.
4. Applications are open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Esselte, the promoters and individuals connected with any company involved in the competition, agents and members of the immediate family of the above people will not be eligible to participate.
5. All proofs of purchases must be legible. They must be clearly marked with the applicant's name, company name, address, email address and the promotional code as indicated on the flyer.
6. Any illegible, mutilated, altered, or corrupted application may be disqualified.
7. Applications must be made in accordance with instructions. They are invalid if they are received any later than the specific closing time which shall be 5.00 pm GMT on 31.12.08.
8. Proof of submission or of faxing a form will not constitute proof of delivery and no responsibility will be accepted for lost, corrupt, delayed or misdelivered entries.
9. Offers are limited to 10 entries per person.
10. This promotion is by Esselte UK only and not in partnership or association with any other person featured in the promotional flyers.
